Born and raised on a Laurentian farm, north of Montreal, Quebec, Kelly knew at the age of five that she wanted to be on the radio after hearing the legendary George Balcan on CJAD 800AM. Her first steps into the realm of media happened in college, when she was chosen to host her school’s morning show and she’s never looked back. Kelly has worked in many different facets of radio including being a talk show producer, a copywriter, a production engineer as well as behind the microphone on her favorite stations, CJAD 800AM and Virgin Radio Montreal. Kelly has also enjoyed jumping into the world of television, she's a regular contributor on CTV News Channel's Fame Factor and Culture Shock.

Away from the microphones and headsets, Kelly is a passionate martial arts instructor. A student of Yoseikan karate since the age of six (she is a fourth dan blackbelt), she continues to compete in various tournaments in and around Quebec while sharing and teaching her love of the art form to children and adults.
